The size of the rooms, top quality building and furniture, the view. And next season there will be an indoor pool, jaccuzzi, sauna, hammam and massage parlor.
Next season there will be a bar and longer hours of access to the lobby with free wifi.

Very friendly and helpful staff who spoke both French and Spanish. Muchisimas gracias. Great view from room. I understand the spa will be operational next year. Isola 2000 is great for beginners like me and more experienced skiers also. I will return.

Great location and good facilities within the room. Lovely and warm and great views.
No kettle in the room seemed a bit strange and the bed was really hard.

Isola is a neat ski town. This very new building is just a short walk up the road from the central village. The rooms are nicely furnished with Ikea like furniture and fixtures.
Despite an email confirming that we would be 5 people in the family room for our weekend stay, there were only sheets for 4 people. The beds were not made, and the muddy floors were poorly swept, there was no toilet paper and the dishwasher had not been run. However, when we called the "after hours" reception number, a nice woman arrived quickly with the extra sheets and some toilet paper for us.

the hotel is located quite close to the centre of isola 2000,it also has a bath as well as a shower and the kitchen is well equipped
the room is not suitable for more than 2 people, the bed is rubbish and i would have liked at least one english speaking tv channel, but to be fair it is much better than some of the other hotels/appartments in the area

Big appartment, comfortable bed, location was good, right near the slopes.
Check in and check out times need to be extended! Didn't like that you had to pay for the pool and the spa when it said it was complimentary.

Overall good value, clean and comfortable self catering apartments close to the slopes and village centre. Lovely pool for keeping the kids occupied après ski. Hotel reception only open early morning and late afternoon so checking in can be tricky if you don't arrive at these times.

We especially liked the pool / steam room as really helps with aching limbs after skiing. Our apartment was spacious though we did ask to be moved from original apartment as lay out did not suit our needs. The second apartment was lovely with lovely views. We found it spacious and comfortable.
Jacuzzi was not working while we were there.

Beautiful setting, very good location in the town, most enjoyable pool and steam room
maybe the games room with pool table coud have stayed open an hour or so longer , maybe 8pm instead of only 7 to allow the children enjoy the facility when the get finished in the swimming pool

Great welcome by friendly staff who were flexible.
Although the hotel is new the finish in the rooms is not good. Skirting boards coming off and gaps in the floor boards.

The apartments are nice and well equipped The pool was great for the children. The staff were friendly. It is convenient for the slopes and the shops. We would definitely use it again.
One lift out of two working isn't enough on change-over day No wifi on the upper floors and the wifi in the reception didn't work. They ought to have some kind of mat by the door to prevent the dirt from walking boots coming into the hall.

Right next to the slopes, luxury self catering apartment, spa to relax after a day of activity (skiing) right in the centre surrounded by bars and resteraunts ! Will stay again!
It would of been better at a lower price however the facilities were good.
